Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking aircon chemical wash services with Aircon Chemical Wash SG (operated by Billy Aircon), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Singapore laws and regulations.

2. Services

We provide aircon chemical wash and related services, including:

  • Non-Dismantle Chemical Wash (in-place coil flush and drainage clean)
  • Full-Dismantle Chemical Overhaul (FCU removal and chemical bath soak)
  • Commercial Chemical Wash (cassette, ducted, ceiling-concealed units)
  • Pre-wash diagnostic inspection and post-wash performance reading
  • R22, R410, and R32 refrigerant top-up (NEA-licensed) as separate add-on
  • Mould and bacteria treatment with hospital-grade detergent

3. Pricing and Payment

Published fixed-tier pricing (S$80 Non-Dismantle, S$130 Full-Dismantle Overhaul) applies to HDB and condo single-location residential jobs. Landed properties, CBD offices, and jobs starting after 6 PM carry an additional charge, quoted in writing before arrival. Commercial chemical wash is quote-based after on-site inspection.

We accept PayNow, bank transfer, and cash. A digital receipt is issued after payment. All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

4. Booking and Cancellation

Bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp, phone, or email. We ask for at least 4 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Same-day cancellation after technicians have been dispatched may be subject to a minimum call-out charge.

5. 90-Day Workmanship Warranty

Every chemical wash and overhaul carries a 90-day workmanship warranty. If the symptoms we treated (smell, weak cooling, leaking, biofilm recurrence) recur within 90 days because of our workmanship, we return at no charge. The warranty does not cover:

  • Mechanical parts (compressor, PCB, fan motor, capacitor) — these carry their own manufacturer warranties
  • Damage from user action post-wash
  • Pre-existing damage noted at pre-wash inspection
  • Refrigerant leaks unless caused by our work

6. Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe access to the aircon units and ensure the area is cleared of valuable or fragile items that may be at risk during service. We will use waterproof ground sheets and protective equipment, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage to surrounding surfaces.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of use, lost income, or property damage) arising from our services beyond the service cost, except to the extent required by Singapore law.

8. Insurance

We carry general liability insurance. In the rare event of damage directly caused by our work, we will remediate at our cost, up to the limits of our liability coverage.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and photos, is the property of Aircon Chemical Wash SG / Billy Aircon and is protected by Singapore copyright laws.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from our services will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
